Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the avatar menu from Home, then My profile & buddy — or, on a parent account, choose Delete account from the profile picker.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Re-enter your password to confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting a parent account deletes every child profile under it and all associated data — learning progress, memory facts, tutor history, and gamification state.

What gets deleted

• Account credentials and any child profiles and PINs;
• Learning activity: courses, lessons completed, quiz history, points and the record of how they were earned, streaks, saved notes;
• Memory facts and tutor conversation history;
• Weekly leaderboard participation, if enabled.

Deletion is immediate — the account and the data listed above are removed when you confirm, not queued for later.

What remains is anonymous usage events (for example “a lesson was completed”). These identify no one: the learner reference in them is a one-way salted hash we hold no key to reverse, so they cannot be traced back to you or your child, and they are never used for advertising. We may additionally retain a minimal record where legally required for security or fraud prevention, held separately and used for nothing else.

Can't access the app?

Email support@aiqworlds.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership before proceeding.

Just want a subscription to stop renewing?

That's a separate step from deleting your account — manage or cancel the subscription itself in your device's Subscriptions settings. See Subscription Terms.
